On behalf of our well established client, Adecco Crewe are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Administrator to join a busy head office based in Winsford. Supporting the after-sales side of the business, you will be supporting the aftercare department with any administration work, whilst always maintaining a high standard of customer service.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for any after-sales queries from customers and clients, taking full ownership of each call and following cases through from start to completion. The successful candidate will have a customer focused approach, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, a methodical approach to tasks with a keen eye for detail, and competence with various IT programs such as Excel and Word. Previous experience in an after-sales department is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.

In return you will receive a salary up to £22k depending on experience, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, on site parking, progression opportunities, plus other benefits.
