Contract type: 12 months FTC


Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week


Salary: Circa. £46,847 per annum


Location: Fully remote


We are delighted to be working with a housing association that provides homes and services across the country. They are searching for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team! You will be reporting to the Strategic People Lead.


This is a new and exciting role, and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to shape the role and the way the team works together. You'll need to be a passionate, experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who can adapt and thrive in a changing environment.


A Talent Acquisition Partner's core role and focus is to drive a proactive, 'best practice' approach to attracting talent. You will lead our client's recruitment efforts, establish sourcing strategies, and develop talent pipelines. You will actively promote them as an employer of choice and assist the wider team with retention and succession planning.


The key responsibilities in this role include but is not limited to:



  • Create a talent pipeline, using apprenticeship levy, utilizing graduate schemes as well as 'best-in-class' talent acquisition and sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn Hiring.

  • Relationship management with third-party suppliers, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.

  • Collaborating with Learning & Development & People Business Partners to support internal progression by understanding the future resource and skills requirements.

  • Managing all recruitment processes and strategies.

  • Ensuring leaders understand how to effectively recruit, including shortlisting, interview technique & ensuring we remove unconscious bias and implement measures to attract a diverse workforce that feeds into an inclusive culture.


To be successful in this position you will be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have experience in partnering with businesses to offer bespoke approaches to recruiting talent whilst being a positive leader and team player, who is able to build trust and respect. You will have experience and the ability to challenge, influence, and do things differently with positive business benefits.
