We have customer service opportunities at Maiden Head Station. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Maidenhead Station whilst works take place on the lines between Maiden Head and Marlow on Saturday 22nd October to Monday 31st October.

You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, helping them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care.

You will be involved in....

  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station

  • Supporting customers needing assistance

  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment

  • Assisting passengers onto bus replacements

  • Providing a friendly and personable service

    Pay rate: £10 per hour + £100-£150 bonus if you meet the criteria
    Shifts: Various - 07:00 - 15:00, 14:30 - 22:00
    Contract: 9 days, Saturday 22nd October to Monday 31st October
