Marketing Manager

Location: London City

Pattern: Hybrid

Hours: 9am-5pm



Focusing primarily on thought leadership, brand awareness and lead generation, you will work with the Global Marketing Manager on full campaigns and be responsible for delivery across the UK.

Deliverables will cover all aspects of multi-channel marketing including content creation, events, digital, social media, PR, sales enablement and analytics and measurement.


  • Lead generation and demand generation experience is essential

  • Help shape UK's marketing strategy

  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to support the creation and delivery of effective marketing campaigns

  • Work closely with the global marketing manager and local sales teams to understand their requirements and targets

  • Manage the marketing strategy for all business units aligned to corporate goals and targets including; content management, digital campaign management, SEO optimisation, social media and advertising

  • Manage and guide PR campaigns through PR agency

  • Evolve and manage a quality portfolio of marketing collateral and content that can be disseminated across all physical and digital channels to support organic growth and generate thought leadership and brand awareness

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns

  • Event management design, delegate acquisition and operations

  • Manage and guide external suppliers and agencies

  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging


  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (Marketing)


  • marketing experience within a b2b environment

  • Confident copywriter with extensive experience of briefing external writers

  • Evidence of social media planning, execution and measurement

  • Experience of SEO and digital writing techniques

  • Great organisational, prioritisation and project management skills

  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work

  • Previous experience of working with external agencies - including copywriters, creatives and digital agencies

  • Self-motivated and good at creating and maintaining relationships

  • Seeks and enjoys responsibility and autonomy

  • Strong communicator that is confident in engaging multiple stakeholders

  • Fluent spoken and written English
