On behalf of my well established client, I am recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy team based in Crewe. Reporting to the HRBP, you will be responsible for the HR function in the Midlands, a total of 400 employees across 9 sites. The successful candidate will be required to travel to other sites for initial introduction, and then on demand as and when needed, but predominantly you will be based at Crewe and more so Birmingham.

A CIPD qualification is highly desirable, whilst experience of working in a similar role is essential. The ideal candidate will have exposure of working with Unions, be familiar with growth strategies and be resilient.

This role is office based between 9am - 5:30pm, with the flexibility to work from home when required for particularly administration heavy days. You may also be required to visit on site, where a company car can be provided.

In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £38k depending on experience, plus other benefits.
