We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Technicians to join our prestigious, market leading client, based in Hull. You will join our client in their state-of-the-art Factory, on a Temp to permanent basis with superb rates of pay and benefits.

Key responsibilities & duties of a Manufacturing Technician:

  • Proactively scheduling maintenance to ensure maximum productivity within the team

  • Complete route cause analysis, in line with down time procedure to Identify and implement preventative solutions.

  • Use escalation process for line stoppages or breakdowns more than 15 mins or two consecutive hours of below target OEE.

  • Support successful implementation of planned maintenance and new projects.

  • Ensure team members have the necessary skills to operate their area to the required standards

Minimum qualifications needed as a Manufacturing Technician:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Engineering Discipline / Equivalent

  • At least 1 year industry experience
