An exciting opportunity for an aspirational, driven Sales and Events Co-ordinator
Located a five minute walk away from Kings Cross station.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Salary: Up to £32,000 dependent on experience
ASAP Start - this role might suit someone who has just finished a FTC but notice periods will be honoured.
Job Overview
My client, based in Central London, is looking for a full-time, permanent Sales and Events Co-ordinator to be based in their beautiful college, near Kings Cross station.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales and diary management
- Being the first point of contact for the events department
- Maximising the convention of sales
Event planning and delivery
- Complete event pre-planning and oversee the operation team on-the-day delivery of the event
- Liaise with internal external supplies
Event Administration
- To correctly contract and invoice all confirmed bookings
- To ensure the contract and financial information for confirmed business
Essential requirements:

Excellent standard of verbal & written grammar

Degree educated, relevant event qualifications, or qualified by experience.

Experience working within a venue hie events team, with experience of event sales, event planning and delivery

Demonstrable experience of achieving sales targets in an events environment
