Customer Service Representative


12 Month Maternity Cover



Starting salary of £24,000.00/annum


Hybrid Working



No weekends - Monday to Friday working



To join a fast paced and friendly Customer Service team. This dynamic organisation are a leader in their field, with their success providing rapid and sustained expansion. This position is based within their UK headquarters in Medway.


This position will see you support a worldwide customer base, working with some prestige brands. We are seeking candidates with strong and professional verbal and written communication. You will assist clients based around the globe, so your communication style will need to be clear and precise.

This position is the customer face of the organisation; you will be the first point of contact with the customer and will need to ensure their order requests are followed through to successful delivery within the agreed service level agreements which are bespoke and individual to each customer.



Daily tasks will include:



  • Responding to incoming customer orders and monitoring inbox

  • Answering all queries and resolve issues as they arise

  • Update management system with any service issues or incidents reported

  • Process all orders on internal system and raise invoices

  • Raising transport requests

  • Provide informative product advice when required

  • Liaising with internal departments and supporting where required



Requirements:



  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Excellent customer service skills and clear verbal communication

  • Professional written communication ability

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Possess team working mentality

  • Self motivation and ability to work autonomously
