Do you want to be part of a great Customer Service team that treat their staff really well and are supporting an amazing product line that is world famous?

I am recruiting for an exciting team in Cheadle who are seeking a really friendly Customer Service Advisor professional to join their team working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Salary is £21,000 moving to £22,000 after probation plus quarterly bonus scheme and good product discounts too.

If you are looking for a new challenge in customer service, have excellent customer communication skills as well as strong IT skills and good numeracy too then this may be an exciting role for you.

The role involves:

- responding via web chat to customer queries

- responding to customer emails

- speaking to customers on the phone and always being the friendly voice of the company

- very occasional issue resolution

- processing orders and confirming values of orders

- speaking to different client contacts when needed too

Bonus is paid quarterly and is based on achievable targets too.
