Are you looking for work and available immediately? We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors for our Client based in Windermere until December 2022.

This is an interesting role, where full training is given. The role involves speaking with Customers on the phone and processing orders, whilst delivering great customer service at all times. You will deal with email and online enquiries, take telephone orders and deal with customer concerns. You will also advise Customers on the products which may be best for them and confidently answer any queries they may have. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work at pace.

The working week is Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm on a rota basis with some weekend working required (approximately 2 weekends per month). Monday to Friday only may also be accommodated if weekend working is an issue.

Pay rate is £9.70 per hour.
