Hours: 9AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday

Adecco are currently recruiting for contact centre advisors on behalf of our well known client. Our client are looking for people with strong customer service skills to support their busy contact centre team. This role is full time working from home and is great for someone with existing customer service skills!
**Please note you'll need to travel to Cardiff to pick up IT equipment**

Duties:
-
It will include contacting referred clients in a timely manner and gathering the information required to process their claim and assist with their immediate needs. No cold calling.

You will be taking inbound customer service calls, making amendments to, and providing progress updates on existing claims and answering general enquiries.

You will be the first point of contact for the legal advice lines, taking details from the client and transferring them to the appropriate department.
