Adecco Recrtuitment are privilabed to be recruiting for on behalf of our Client a Compliance Administrator to work in a telecoms business base in Preston.

Location: Preston

Salary: £20,000 -£25,000 pa (depending on experience)

This Compliance Administrator role involves Customer Service calls as well as handling and resolving complaints primarily relating to quality issues with business-to-business telecoms packages.

It's a perfect role for a strong and confident professional with a robust call centre experience.


* Owning complaint cases, ensuring that customers are responded to in a timely manner and complaints are fully resolved, end-to-end complaint management.

* Fully investigate complaints by taking testimony from the multiple parties involved.

* Working in an organised fashion to ensure productivity and effective case management.

* Logging all activity with comprehensive and accurate notes using our own internal Complaints Management system.

* Write customer facing letters, including a 'Final Response Letter' when closing a complaint.

* Communicating effectively internally and externally, including by telephone (inbound and outbound), email and letter format.
