My client based on the Trentham Lakes area of Stoke on Trent is looking for a Commercial Assistant.

Primary responsibilities

  • Process customer request for quotations.

  • Purchase Order administration - including processing orders and updating clients with any requests for information.

  • Maintenance of customer and supplier records.

  • Produce reports and statistics for management and client review.

  • General office duties such as Incoming reception calls, Departmental filing, and post duties.

  • Meet, greet, and serve refreshments to customers undertaking on-site visits.

  • Support the Marketing team with organising of corporate events, exhibitions & online research.

Role Requirements

  • Good standard of education and academic qualifications

  • Previous office administration experience

A confident and effective communicator, liaising between customers, suppliers, and internal departments (Quality, Logistics, Accounts

Hours of work are 8.15am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.15am - 3.00pm on a Friday

Salary is dependant upon experience.
