Adecco are supporting our long term national client based in Paisley as they look to add to their Admin/Coordination Team within Distribution Operations, searching for an Administrator.

The role includes the following:

Order resolution. Problem solving role where there are issues with customer orders. This includes liaison with internal teams; Transportation who arrange the couriers, air freight shipping, etc, and also our Customer Services team. The role will involve phone calls, emails and using systems. Excel is a must, as is good verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Will be tasked with various coordination activities, such as maintaining spreadsheets and records, ordering packaging, adhoc admin tasks and helping coordinate things such as holiday planners, training matrix, etc. You will also be involved in supporting the above as flexibility to cover the team tasks is a must.

Working Monday to Friday on great hourly rates, these roles will start life on a temporary full time basis before then being considered for permanent contracts. Our client is looking to move quickly with these roles as there is a distinct need within the current team for additional resource as a result of business growth. The recruitment process will include CV submission, TEAMS interview and then site tour.
